Prashant Kishor Blasts BJP Over Pahalgam Terror Attack, Reminds Nation of Pulwama, Calls Out Dirty Politics

After the brutal terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu & Kashmir, that left 26 innocent tourists dead, political fire has erupted. Prashant Kishor, the face behind Jan Suraaj, came down hard on the BJP, accusing the party of repeating its “old, toxic playbook” of communal politics even in the face of national tragedy.

Furious and unapologetic, Kishor declared:
“How long will the country stay blind to this madness? Just like Pulwama, BJP is once again turning a national tragedy into a communal circus. Tourists were shot dead after being asked their religion — and BJP is still playing politics on corpses!”

The incident on April 22 shook the nation, as foreign terrorists reportedly checked the religion of tourists before executing them. But instead of uniting the country, BJP, Kishor says, is fanning the same old flames of religious hatred.

“This disgusting obsession with dividing people on religious lines — this is BJP’s signature move. And it’s poisoning the very soul of India,” he lashed out.

Kishor continued, “At times like these, the country needs unity, not political vultures. Whether it’s Pulwama or Pahalgam, BJP never misses a chance to milk the pain of the people for votes. It’s not just shameful — it’s dangerous.”

But Kishor didn’t stop there. Turning to his home state of Bihar, he ripped into the ruling leadership, accusing the system of being run not by elected leaders, but corrupt bureaucrats.

“Let’s not kid ourselves. As long as people keep electing criminals and mafias, corruption will never end. Bihar’s development funds are being looted through the system, and Nitish Kumar is nothing but a puppet. The real rulers are the babus,” he said bluntly.

He also slammed the state’s liquor ban, calling it a farce: “Nitish’s stubborn liquor ban is pushing the youth into dry drugs. When Jan Suraaj comes to power, we’ll scrap this joke of a policy within an hour.”
